• If your car is drivable, please drive it to our conveniently located repair facility at: 35-20 Borden Ave, Long Island City , NY 11101. In case you are not sure, or main electrical or mechanical components (such as braking or steering system, misaligned wheels, antifreeze leaks, unusual noises, or other symptoms that make you think may jeopardize your safety) are affected, please call us to set an appointment, and we will do the best to estimate the damage where your car is. In this case, you will be asked to pay a fee, which will be deducted from the repair price if you decide to fix your car in our collision repair shop, in which case the estimate is actually free of charge.
• You let us know what repair you are interested in, and whether the cost of the repair is covered by an insurance company or not. In case you have an estimate from an insurance company appraiser, please be prepared to present it, since we will have to perform the repair accordingly.
• The estimator will apprise the damage, explain to you what the repair consists of, and what parts will be used (if genuine, quality replacement, or used parts). We will also advise you what choice appears to be the best in that specific case. We will also document the damage with digital pictures, and on your request, we can transmit them to you via email or transfer them to a mass storage device (pen drive or SD card) if you carry one.
• We will provide you with a hard copy of the estimate on your request, and set an appointment date for the repair job. In some cases we may be able to start right away, but a typical next available appointment date ranges between 2 and 7 business days. We respect all our customers, so please understand that we can' postpone another customer in order to rush your order.

Due to the price fluctuations on materials, parts, and labor hourly rate, we can guarantee an estimate for 30 days only.
